- Constant contact via e-mail or phone
- Three in-person meetings, in addition to any vendor meetings (Not enough time? You have the freedom to add hours to this package to have more one-on-one planning time.)
- Provide recommended vendor list for remaining vendors
- Assist with vendor selection for 4 remaining vendor categories – includes 2 initial vendor meetings, per vendor category, to select best vendors for your wedding. Meetings thereafter are attended as necessary.
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors acquired after Pure Ambiance has come on board
- Maintain contact with vendors – be the liaison between you and the vendors
- Contact vendors already selected, to review contract details and ensure everything is in order
- Provide PA budget worksheet and payment tracker
- Provide general to-do list
- Partial event design (concept and theme development, based on existing design details)
- Provide list of hotel and shuttle options for guests
- Ceremony and reception planning/coordination, with detailed timeline
- Create and provide Wedding Party with detailed timeline
- Order and arrange delivery and return of all rental items, such as: candelabras, chair covers, wedding arches, tents, chairs, linens, etc.
- Final walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
- Attend, coordinate, and instruct rehearsal
- Provide timeline to vendors to ensure they are prompt for all wedding activities (i.e. playing your song for your first dance, etc.)
- Confirm important details/special requests with venue and vendors
- Complete wedding day coverage
- Oversee and execute overall set up/design to ensure all details are executed, as planned
- Organize and pack up all, important items at the end of your day (i.e. gifts, toasting glasses, cake top, wedding cameras, and all other important items.)
- Facilitate and oversee all wedding day events (i.e. greeting and directing vendors, getting family and wedding party together for photos, troubleshooting, distributing gratuities, etc.)
