- Consultations and constant contact via e-mail, phone, and in person
- Provide recommended vendor list and list of ceremony/reception sites
- Assist with choosing and booking ceremony and reception sites – includes 10 venue visits
- Schedule vendor appointments and attend as necessary – includes 3 initial vendor meetings, per vendor category, to select best vendors for your wedding. Meetings thereafter are attended as necessary.
- Review and negotiate contracts with venue and vendors
- Maintain contact with vendors – be the liaison between you and the vendors
- Create and manage budget worksheet and payment tracker
- Create customized monthly to-do list
- Full event design (Complete concept and theme development – floral design, invitation design, lighting, linens, etc.)
- Locate hotel for guest accommodations, negotiate pricing, and make reservations for you and your guests
- Research and provide shuttle information for guests
- Research and provide information on marriage license and name change procedure
- Assist with menu tasting and selection
- Assist with guest/table seating arrangements
- Maintain RSVP records and contact those who do not RSVP
- Provide list of options for rehearsal dinner location and make reservations
- Provide options and pricing for honeymoon location, hotel/resort, and book the stay
- Ceremony and reception planning/coordination, with detailed timeline
- Create and provide Wedding Party with detailed timeline
- Provide timeline to vendors to ensure they are prompt for all wedding activities (i.e. playing your song for your first dance, etc.)
- Confirm important details/special requests with venue and vendors
- Order and arrange delivery and return of all rental items, such as: candelabras, chair covers, wedding arches, tents, chairs, linens, etc.
- Final walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
- Attend, coordinate, and instruct rehearsal
- Complete wedding day coverage
- Oversee and execute overall set up/design to ensure all details are executed, as planned
- Organize and pack up all, important items at the end of your day (i.e. gifts, toasting glasses, cake top, wedding cameras, and all other important items)
- Facilitate and oversee all wedding day events (i.e. greeting and directing vendors, getting family and wedding party together for photos, troubleshooting, distributing gratuities, etc.)
