  1. Contact via phone and e-mail from the point of hiring Pure Ambiance
  2. One meeting three weeks prior to wedding to gather all necessary wedding details (Three weeks not enough time? You have the freedom to add hours to this package to begin the planning/coordinating process sooner.)
  3. Create detailed timeline for ceremony and reception
  4. Create and provide Wedding Party with detailed timeline
  5. Final walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
  6. Attend, coordinate, and instruct rehearsal
  7. Provide timeline to vendors to ensure they are prompt for all wedding activities (i.e. playing your song for your first dance, etc.)
  8. Confirm important details/special requests with venue and vendors
  9. Complete wedding day coverage
  10. Oversee and execute overall set up/design to ensure all details are executed, as planned
  11. Organize and pack up all, important items at the end of your day (i.e. gifts, toasting glasses, cake topper, wedding cameras, and all other important items.)
  12. Facilitate and oversee all wedding day events (i.e. greeting and directing vendors, getting family and wedding party together for photos, troubleshooting, distributing gratuities, etc.)
