  1. Consultations and constant contact via e-mail, phone, and in person
  2. Provide recommended vendor list and of venue location options
  3. Assist with choosing and booking venue location – includes 7 venue visits
  4. Schedule vendor appointments and attend as necessary – includes 3 initial vendor meetings, per vendor category, to select best vendors for your special event. Meetings thereafter, are attended as necessary.
  5. Review and negotiate contracts with venue and vendors
  6. Maintain contact with vendors – be the liaison between you and the vendors
  7. Create and manage budget worksheet and payment tracker
  8. Create customized monthly to-do list
  9. Full event design (Complete concept and theme development – floral design, invitation design, lighting, linens, etc.)
  10. Locate hotel for your guest accommodations, negotiate pricing, and make reservations, if necessary
  11. Research and provide shuttle information for guests, if necessary
  12. Assist with menu tasting and selection, if necessary
  13. Assist with guest/table seating arrangements, if necessary
  14. Maintain RSVP records and contact those who do not RSVP
  15. Event planning/coordination, with detailed timeline
  16. Provide involved parties and vendors with a detailed timeline for your special event
  17. Confirm important details/special requests with venue and vendors
  18. Order and arrange delivery and return of all rental items, such as: candelabras, chair covers, china, tents, chairs, linens, etc.
  19. Final walk-through of venue location
  20. Facilitate and oversee entire event
  21. Oversee and execute overall set up/design to ensure all details are executed, as planned
  22. Organize and pack up all, important items at the end of your event
